Own website Neuxor.net service website A multilingual service website presenting services, reference work, news, and contact options in one consistent, modern interface. Details

Neuxor.net was built as an own project: not just a simple introduction page, but an expandable multilingual web system with service pages, reference presentations, news, forum and account features, plus a quote request flow.

What was the goal?

The goal was to create an own website that clearly explains what kind of digital solutions I can help with. Instead of a crowded marketing page, the project focuses on a structured, natural-sounding interface where services and reference work are easy to review.

Content and page structure

The site includes a service overview, detailed service pages, reference work, news, contact points, and a quote request form. The general copy uses a friendly, easy-to-understand tone, while the terms and privacy pages keep a more official style.

Multilingual operation

The interface is available in Hungarian, English, Japanese, and Ukrainian. Texts come from translation dictionaries, so new pages, buttons, and messages can be translated consistently, while translation checks help catch missing keys or broken variables.

Quote request and admin background

Alongside the classic contact flow, a dedicated quote request process was added and can be prefilled by selected service. The admin side makes incoming requests easier to handle with statuses, priorities, internal notes, and notification flow.

Reliability and user experience

The project also focused on mobile refinement, modern navigation, SEO basics, secure account handling, spam protection, and clear legal pages. This makes the website not only more polished visually, but also better suited for real daily use.

Inventory MaradványApp – leftover material management system Internal warehouse application for recording, searching, locating, labeling, and logging the use of leftover production materials. Details

MaradványApp is an internal warehouse registry built to manage leftover production materials as one searchable stock list instead of scattered spreadsheets or handwritten notes.

What was the goal?

The goal was to make sure usable leftover material pieces do not disappear during production and storage. Each item gets its own identifier, the area can be calculated from the dimensions, and material type, color, item code, item name, warehouse location, and notes stay visible in one place.

Daily use

Users can quickly filter by UID, item code, size, note, or warehouse location. When adding new remnants, several size rows can be recorded at once, so pieces do not have to be entered one by one in a slow workflow.

Usage and returned leftovers

Removing a remnant from stock can be linked to an employee, with optional PIN validation. A single item or several selected items can be used at once, and if a smaller leftover remains after usage, it can be returned into the system with a new identifier and warehouse location.

Admin and operation

The admin area manages material types, colors, item codes, employees, PINs, warehouse locations, Excel import, report exports, backups, restore, branding settings, and license information. This makes the system suitable not only for data entry, but also for day-to-day operation.

Production TekercsApp – coil and usage tracking system Internal operations system for tracking coil-based materials, recording usage, handling shortages and damage, and supporting admin review. Details

TekercsApp is an internal web application built for warehouse and production use. Its purpose is to keep coil data, current remaining stock, usage history, and operational statuses in one searchable place.

What was the goal?

The goal was to avoid managing production coils through scattered spreadsheets, handwritten notes, or information kept only in people’s heads. Each stock code gets a consistent record showing material type, color, item code, size, warehouse location, starting quantity, and current remaining amount.

Daily use

Users can quickly search the stock list, open a coil detail page, and record used material with only a few fields. Customer, order number, and notes can be attached to each usage event, so it remains clear later when and where the material was used.

Admin and review

The admin area supports adding new coils, importing data, maintaining material types, colors and warehouse locations, plus Excel and ZIP exports. Inventory charts, audit logs, database tools, backup/restore, and system health panels help with ongoing operation.

Stability and safety

Because multiple people may use the system at the same time, edit locks, conflict protection, and consistency checks were added. Backups are validated, critical changes are written to the audit log, and the system can warn about stuck locks, backup issues, and other health-check results.

Automation Backup scheduling manager A Windows desktop application for scheduled folder backups. It can manage multiple backup tasks, validates source and target folders, logs each run, and uses retry handling to support more reliable operation after failures. Details

The goal was to build a backup manager that stays simple to use while still being reliable in everyday Windows use. The main idea was to make recurring folder backups depend on configured rules and readable logs instead of manual reminders.

What was the goal?

The project delivered a desktop app that can also keep running in the background and manage multiple backup tasks with separate source and target folders. The goal was predictable, transparent backup operation without constant user attention.

Everyday use

Users can create backup tasks, set a task name, choose source and target folders, define the schedule, and configure how long old backups should be kept. Backups can run daily, weekly, or monthly, and the app remains accessible from the system tray.

Reliability and error handling

The app checks that the target folder is not the same as the source folder and is not placed inside it. After a failed backup, it does not simply skip to the next large interval; it schedules a short retry. Runs and errors are logged so the result can be reviewed later.

Operation and release

Tasks are stored in a local database, logs can be opened from inside the application, and the project was packaged as an installable Windows release. The build flow includes separate scripts for the EXE and installer, while the version is controlled from one central version file.

Webshop Product feed validation tool for webshops A Windows desktop helper for checking Google Shopping XML feeds. It downloads the feed, checks product-page availability, lists faulty or unreachable URLs separately, and exports the results to CSV. Details

This project was built for a practical webshop operation problem: faulty product pages inside a product feed should not be discovered late through manual checks or external feedback. The app reads products from a configured feed URL, checks page responses, and shows a clear list of items that need attention.

What was the goal?

The goal was to make the state of product pages inside a webshop feed quick to verify. This makes it easier to catch server errors, unreachable pages, or items that need correction before they become advertising, Merchant Center, or customer-facing problems.

Daily use

The app loads the default feed URL on startup, but it can be changed and saved directly from the window. The check starts with a single button, while status text, counters, and a progress bar show how far the process has gone.

Issue list and correction flow

At the end of a run, faulty product pages appear in a table with feed ID, MPN, product name, and error state. Each faulty row has its own Open button, so the product page can be opened in the browser immediately.

Export and release

The app creates separate CSV files for the full check result and for faulty product pages only. It uses a clean PySide6 desktop interface with custom icon, logo, and a Windows EXE build flow.

Communication SmartMail – AI-assisted business mail workspace A multi-user web mail workspace for existing IMAP/SMTP accounts, with clear folder handling, faster message processing and local AI support. Details

SmartMail is an internal mail workspace built to improve day-to-day email handling without replacing the existing email service. It works with existing mailboxes, keeps the workflow clear for multiple users and accounts, and uses a visual identity tailored to business requirements.

What was the goal?

The goal was to build a web-based mail workspace that supports daily business communication with fewer clicks, a cleaner interface and better overview. The system uses existing email accounts, while SmartMail adds processing, organisation and decision-support features on top.

Daily use

After signing in, users see their messages by folder, with unread counters, quick sorting and search. The reading view handles both HTML and plain text content, shows attachment information, and supports replies, forwarding, composing new messages and managing signatures.

AI support for message processing

The system can use local AI for summaries, category and priority suggestions, folder suggestions and draft replies. The AI does not make decisions for the user: it provides suggestions that can be reviewed, accepted or ignored.

Administration, accounts and permissions

The admin area manages users, mail accounts, IMAP/SMTP settings and audit logs. The system supports multiple accounts, connection tests, user preferences, signatures, maintenance checks and backups.

Stability and operation

A key development goal was to avoid the reading view being blocked by long synchronisation work. Folder-level sync, cache handling, time limits, logging, database checks and regression tests all support stable daily use.
