  • It is prohibited to share content that infringes the rights, intellectual property, or personality rights of any third party.
  • By posting content, the user grants the operator a non-exclusive, revocable right to display, technically process, moderate, and store that content for security purposes within the service.

4. Moderation and enforcement

  • The operator may review, restrict, hide, or remove any content at any time, including without separate justification.
  • The operator may suspend, restrict, or delete accounts that violate these terms, are abusive, or create a security risk.
  • Where required by law, the operator may cooperate with authorities and disclose necessary data under applicable law.
  • The system may use automatic security protections, including rate limits, CSRF protection, upload checks, audit logging, and reactivation tokens.

5. Service availability

  • The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • The operator may modify, limit, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
  • The operator does not guarantee continuous, error-free, or uninterrupted operation.

6. Limitation of liability

The operator limits liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • The operator is not responsible for content posted or sent by users.
  • The operator is not liable for damages arising from service outages, unavailability, or technical failures.
  • The operator is not liable for data loss, lost profits, indirect damages, or consequential damages.
  • The operator is not liable for third-party services, systems, or failures, including hosting provider issues.
  • The user is solely responsible for any unlawful conduct and any claims, damages, or proceedings arising from it.
  • If liability nevertheless applies under mandatory law, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by that law.

This limitation does not affect rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

7. Intellectual property

  • The platform's branding, structure, original texts, and other elements created by the operator are the intellectual property of the operator or the relevant rights holders.

  • Information about cookies is provided in the Privacy Policy and the cookie banner.

9. Governing law and updates

  • These terms are governed by Hungarian law.
  • If any provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
